Photographer’s Notes:

While living in Utah, I had the opportunity to visit the Bonneville Salt Flats through various seasons. In the springtime after it rains, the water doesn’t absorb into the ground — it sits at a constant level of a few inches, as far as the eye can see. I took a model there at this time of year because no matter how far out she walked it appeared as if she were walking on water.
