Photographer’s Notes:

In December of 2003, I traveled with a Senegalese band and an American musician friend, documenting their tour on video. I also shot personal still images using my twin lens Rolleiflex. This is the hallway to the dining room of a hotel I stayed in. I love the light in this image and the way it reveals the beautiful patterns.
