Photographer’s Notes:

While photographing glaciers in Iceland, I found it almost impossible to capture the scale of the icebergs, until Steve Fisher paddled past one. “It’s like paddling in a martini,” commented one of the crew. Throughout the shoot we could hear the ice cracking, sounding like gunshots or explosions!
