As you drive into Quebec City, this waterfall can be seen from the freeway bridge. The two kayakers couldn’t resist. The rock was very sharp and “sticky.” Here Steve Fisher is on the lip — his paddling partner that day wasn’t so lucky, ending up in hospital with a broken elbow!
