Photographer’s Notes:

In December of 2003, I traveled with a Senegalese band and an American musician friend, documenting their tour on video. I also shot personal still images using my twin lens Rolleiflex. I shot this image in a hotel lobby. I was drawn to the patterned cement wall and the amazing color combinations.
