Photographer’s Notes:

This is a candy store window in the neighborhood where I stayed in Thies, Senegal, a little town about 45 minutes from Dakar. In the evening, when the sun goes down and everyone starts to come out in the cool night time air, the kids gather around this window to buy candy.
