Photographer’s Notes:

As part of a very involved image, I had painted an old chair and accidentally dripped black paint on the back of it. The image never came to fruition and I ended up looking at that dripping paint for about a year. I finally decided to smash it up and haul it to the dump — but not before taking the piece with the dripping paint and producing this image.
